Cancel My Plan - Oct 31
Hello,
I have been unable to get ahold of a representative on the phone and I have been denied plan cancellation by a customer service member on the chat. I am currently in the hospital and am being refused plan cancellation by your staff. I would like my plan cancelled on October 31st, with no additional fees incurred, as it was stated they would not occur by my representative Abishek. Thank you

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
