Cancel my phone and internet

I want to cancel my phone and internet (it's TERRIBLE in our area).  I want to keep my TV service, but there is no place online to do this. No number to call. This is the ultimate in terrible customer service and why we are trying to leave Xfinity to begin with.  This question i repeated many, many times on these forums, but no solution is ever provided.  

Please provide a phone number with someone to give assistance to your customer base.

@user_7dpokx We would be happy to make the requested changes to your plan. If you want to complete this over the phone our 1-800-934-6489 is our main customer service number. Otherwise, to better assist you with the changes we need you to send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
