Cancel my NOW subscription

I keep getting emails to renew my NOW WiFi pass and I don’t engage with it. But it signs me up anyway. There now doesn’t even seem to be an accessible phone number for it, nor can I even scroll to read the messages in this forum. I will contact the credit card company to stop payments on this unless this is acted upon promptly. Thank you.

user_psqrlq Please use this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-now-subscriptions as it will show you how to cancel service as well as how to turn off autopay.

I tried that. It says that I don't have NOW services. I checked to make sure the emails addresses were the same for both my NOW internet and usual Xfinity account I use at home. They were indeed the same but there is no record of me officially registered with NOW services, even though

1. I get email from that account to "Renew" my NOW services. Even though I don't go through with the renewal, I get charged anyway. It has been going on for several months.

2. When I tried to unsubscribe via the original email that confirmed my NOW pass the first (and only time) I used it, the link led nowhere and tried to download something to my computer. Suspicious, but the file was empty. I received no confirmation of cancellation of the service. I don't necessarily want a refund, but I do want this autopay to stop.

user_psqrlq I hear you, and this is a messy situation indeed. My team doesn't currently doesn't handle any NOW accounts. The link I sent is the only options at this time.
