Cancel my internet service.

I want to cancel my xfinity internet service. I tried many times . There was no opportunity to connect a real person from customer service. I’m so frustrated. I’m tired. I feel powerless in this circle dance. I wasted my time and money. I’m still going in circles with xfinity. 
unable to cancel!!!!!!!!

Please help me to cancel xfinity internet service 🙏
