cancel my free peacock
I have been on a cycle of getting bounced around between peacock and xfinity. I dont want peacocktv to renew or bill me. I really wont watch and and just want to cancel it to make sure. I have followed steps to visiting stream store and removing it. But it won't let me go next. Please help. I thought there was some new law about making it difficult to cancel subscritions like this.

Hello @user_x9wjm0! I can understand wanting to make sure you won't be charged for Peacock. Especially if you don't plan to use it.
Based on you mentioning the stream store, it would appear this Peacock subscription is linked to your Xfinity Membership benefits, internet subscription, or Xumo (previously Flex). Are you able to send a screenshot of the site not letting you go the next step without having any personal information (name, address, account number, email address, etc.) in the screenshot?
