Cancel My Account

A few things really have been going on. I made an account to get the NOW wifi package and I created an account, put in all of my information including credit card and submitted the order. I did not get a single e mail after this and could no longer access my account. I could sign in and then it would automatically bounce me out. Seeing this, I just went over to the local xfinity store and there was an "employee shortage" when I saw 6 employees walk into the back and eat Little Caesars in the middle of helping customers that think are getting scammed. I went and got Tmobile wifi and would like to have my account fully deleted. Ive been looking for solutions for coming onto 6 hours now and It makes me think this is becoming a scamming company. So prove me wrong and SOMEONE please help me.

Im happy to supply you the screenshots of this incompetent AI in the attempts to cancel this thing, but it points me to an agent. And nobody is helping me. So I'm hitting the forums to find help doing a simple task.
