Cancel my account

I have called multiple times to cancel this account (Account number: [Edited: "Personal Information"], or at the least strip out my checking account number. Can someone help? The representative said all I owed was $10, but the account still says I owe $70. I moved out June 19th, and notified you by phone and using your move service, but nothing seems to work.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

I have tried multiple times to use the support bubble only tries to upsell you.  Can you send me a text instead?

user_z1l7y8 Our speech bubble would be to send us a direct message to agents on this platform. You shouldn't see any bot replies when sending us a direct message through Forums.
