Hello, @leoh1. I hope you're having a great day, so far.  You can cancel and manage premium channels right through your X1 box with the information located here : Getting started with the Manage Channels app for X1 If you are having any trouble with doing so, we would be more than happy to help!

Cancel the MGM+ subscription.  I have spent hours trying to handle this.  I don't want to be required to take further steps.  If this cancellation does not occur, we will be cancelling our Xfinity account!

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
