Cancel Internet
I want to cancel my internet. I purchased a 12 month plan almost one year ago. It was supposed to expire at the end of this month, yet I am still set to be charged next month and nearly $15 more each month than before. I have tried cancelling everywhere. Online chat is no help. Call doesn't work. I am out of the country and will not be back for 3 months, I cannot go to a store. CANCEL MY PLAN

@user_jgrugh Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry for the delay and to hear that you've been having trouble getting your services disconnected. Just for clarity, once the promotional plans that provide a discount for 1-2 years come to expire, it would not disconnect your service automatically. It would just remove the promotional discount and be billed for the everyday pricing for the service. We can assist you here with processing the request though. I've located a DM you've already sent, and we can continue to help there.
