Cancel Internet Services, already have a new provider

Hi im looking to cancel my Xfinity Internet services, I already have all my equipment uninstalled and have a new provider in its place.

@XfinityMartyR​ Hi, thank you for getting back, the Xfinity representative already called me back and I have canceled my services with them. I do have a question regarding returning equipment. She said I can take it back to a store, or via UPS? i would like to go with the UPS, how would I go about shipping it back; do I go into UPS store with equipment or can I request a pick up at my home address? Thanks.

user_cnntu9 That's great you were able to reach support for assistance! You can take the equipment to any UPS Store, and they will ship it back to us for you at no charge. You can also visit our Digital Return Center and select the devices you would like to return. Then box up the equipment, print your UPS return label and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup.
