Cancel internet service

Hello, this [EDITED: Private Information], I want to cancel my internet for [EDITED PII]. I have been to your Xfinity shop and tell the agent what I need is to cancel my internet one month ago. They promise me they will get this done for me. However, I still receive the payment reminder tell me to pay in June 22. I have left from America, so I cannot make the phone call and the robot is useless. No matter whose fault it is, I want to cancel my internet right now at 2026/06/16. This is my email: [EDITED PII]. I don't care my privacy or anything. I just want you to cancel my internet immediately. I hope you can contact me in email if you need more information.

In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
