Cancel Internet Service

I would also like to cancel my internet.  How?

My bill kept going up.  Went to $100 a month for 800 mg.  I went to a store they offered $5 off, I went on chat and they offered $15 off for a slower plan.  I have google fiber on my street, so I decided to switch.  They are $70 month for 1 gig speeds and have not raised their price since 2012.  So I switched and need to cancel Xfinity.

Thank you for letting us know, and I do apologize we were not able to bring your cost down for you in order to keep Xfinity services active in your home. Please send us a direct message, so we can assist you with the cancelation of your account. 

 

 

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
