Cancel Internet Service

I have been trying for multiple days to cancel my internet service. The chatbot won't connect me to anyone when I say I want to cancel my service. It sends me a redirect page which brings up how to cancel your service (which they tell you to use the chatbot for). This is a direct violation of an FTC ruling.  

I'm hoping to finally reach an actual human so I can finally cancel my service. This is exactly why I am leaving for a competitor.

I am writing to notify Xfinity on 7/28/2025 that I am canceling ALL services with Xfinity. Please confirm once my account's services have actually been canceled.
