Cancel internet service without a phone call

Hi, I'd like to cancel my Xfinity Internet service. I'd prefer to handle this entirely over chat/direct message rather than by phone or in a store. Can someone from Xfinity Support reach out to me privately to process the cancellation? Thanks!
