Cancel Internet Service ASAP

All my previous requests to Call-center, Virtual Assistant etc. have been unsuccessful. Trying here if someone can really help - please disconnect internet services for my account. I no longer need this exorbitantly priced service, provided by a do-not-care-for-customer provider.
