Cancel internet but keep tv

Is internet required for xfinity tv service? I don’t need internet but would like to keep tv

Thank you for reaching out here. Our internet service is not required in order to have TV service with us. The only effect without the internet is some of the features on the X1 cable box.

How can I just drop the internet but keep the tv. I’m not finding a way to do that from the app

You should be able to make any account changes through the Xfinity app or at the Xfinity.com/myaccount site on the manage services option.
