Cancel Internet Before Activation

Yesterday I was approached by a representative about Xfinity fiber internet. I let myself be talked into signing up, I payed a $25 activation fee and set an appointment for installation. I have decided I do not wish to move forward. I want to cancel the appointment and the plan I signed up for, I also want my $25 back.

I hope I did not get scammed. The charge on my card seems to be a legitament source

When trying to go through the app/website I am not allowed to do anything. On the phone it says my number is not recognized. In the app it says I signed in but do not have an account

Has my signup just not processed yet as it has not even been a full day? Please help
