cancel internet and voice

I filled out the form to request a call back because we need to cancel the internet and voice services but keep the cable TV services. I got a call and a recorded voice said Press 1 if you want to proceed, I press 1 and the call ended. The agent never spoke to me. What's the deal? Is the order to cancel placed? I can't see any status on your horribly slow website.
