Cancel Internet and Mobile Services from Overseas

Hi, I'm currently outside the United States and would like to cancel both my Xfinity Internet and Xfinity Mobile services effective November 8, 2026.

I'm unable to call customer service from abroad. Could an Xfinity representative please assist me with the cancellation through private messaging?
