Cancel Hulu

I have Hulu billed through Xfinity and want to cancel this service. We do not have any boxes/remotes anymore as we only have internet through Xfinity. Hulu said that Xfinity has to cancel it and everywhere I go into my account, there is no place to cancel it. How can I cancel this $10 service that is not used?

Hello, @taylorjm28! Thanks for taking the time to visit our Xfinity Community Forum, and for creating a post with your Hulu subscription concerns. While we typically direct customers to manage their Hulu subscriptions through their TV Box as seen here, I understand you no longer have Video service or video equipment with us. That tells me that you should not be seeing Hulu billed through Xfinity any longer, but we can definitely double-check for you!   • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
