Cancel hulu

I was sent an email notifying me that Hulu premium would be renewing, but I don't want that. I no longer have television service, but I think it was started through my set top box when I had one.

The chat assistant failed to work, and calling 1800xfinity led me back to the chat assistant. I read in the Xfinity forums that this is the only way to fix the problem. Please help me cancel Hulu.

Hello, @user_w0hc8h we are happy to help. First, have you contacted Hulu directly to make sure you don't have an active account set up with them already?

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!

OMG someone pls help me too. This has been going on for years by the looks of this forum. I have literally been in circles. First “use Xfinity Assistant.” Nope, there’s not a chance you can cancel using technology. Good thing Comcast isn’t a tech company. So what to do next? Of course,  start over but don’t fall for the use our digital assistant scam.  Ok, feels like we are making progress. I’ve now been offered a link to my phone which will allow me to cancel my subscription. Great! Send it now! Hmmmm….10 mins later…no link. The link for the digital assistant seemingly showed up before I had even finished agreeing to use it. Priorities. Now, after waiting for 20 minutes, I’m on with “Joe” and he’s looking into it but assured me he’d be right back. Not even hold music. Just total silence. 15 mins and counting…..I’m making a movie (dark comedy) some day.
