Cancel Home Security Service

Question

I've called in many times to call home security services! I get put on a hold, call gets disconnected or I get told a ticket has been created and nothing ever happens! Is the only way to make this happen is by going to a lawyer?

user_yairf3 That is not at all the experience you should have when trying to remove any service. In some cases, the home security is built into your plan as a bundle. If that is the case, we would have to look into a new promotion option for the other services as well. Have you by chance already checked out our rebundle page to see if you are able to remove the option by picking a plan where it is not included?
