Cancel Home Security Charge WITHOUT a chat session

It shouldn't require a text chat with customer service and the 20 minutes it takes to go back and forth to cancel one of the services I have.  If you can order online without talking to someone you sure as heck shouldn't be held hostage by a chat trying to upsell you.  This should be illegal - making it as hard as possible to cancel.....I can not wait until lI move and I have another option!
