• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message.

I also need to cancel HBO max... but it is a circular exercise in frustration, HBO directs me to Xfinity and Xfinity has no obvious way to cancel... xfinity directs me to the HBO channel/app on the device... which also has no way to cancel.  this is MADNESS!

Please give me a direct way to cancel.
