Cancel free peacock

I have the high speed internet with the free peacock subscription.  I added the subscription using the web site link.  I do not have a streaming box and can not manage the subscription.  I want to cancel this free subscription in my xfinity accout and there is no way to do it.  Can you cancel it for me.

There is no way to manage it.  I do not want it associated with my xfinity account.  please cancel as soon as possible.

@user_33hc3o While you still have Peacock, you can enjoy content by signing into the website on your computer or mobile device. You can also follow these steps to cancel the subscription.

this doesn't work - login to peacock - it gives no options to select or change the plan.  the plan is via a 3rd party - xfinity.  go to the xfinity site - it says use the box.  I have no box.  I want this off of my account.  I do NOT want peacock coming from xfinity.  This is a nightmare.

We can certainly get a ticket open to have this removed from your account since the previous steps didn't work for you. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
