cancel cable box

change my plan. i cancel my cable box due to technical issue didn't get service for 6 month i was credit 165 dollars and change my plan with just internet for a year 55 dollars a month.

some how there is a late fee wish it should be clear 0.00 no late fee.

make sure to take care of this and clear the fee thank you.
