Good afternoon user_ymsxor. I can certainly understand needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you do have the Xfinity App, you can either reschedule or cancel your appointment right through the Xfinity App.
There is also a text message appointment option. If you text APPT to 266278, it will allow you to reschedule, cancel, or add yourself to a waitlist. Here is some additional information. Please let me know if this helps.
