cancel appointment

I need to cancel an appointment for Tomorrow 12/31/25 at my account's address. I was able to get the internet set up on my own but I have not been able to find an option to cancel the appointment. I spoke with a representative via text and they claimed to have canceled the appointment, but I am still seeing it listed on my account and I got a text reminder about it earlier today. 

I no longer require this appointment and do not want to waste your employee's time. For the sake of your employee's time please cancel the appointment.

Hi, @Guinevyr! I am glad to hear that you were able to get that set up and working! We are happy to further help with the visit. This link shows how to manage your visit, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-my-account-app-manage-appointments. The option to cancel may not be available if the visit is also attached to an order on your account. The order has to be updated to remove the visit. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
