Cancel appointment

I want to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. I can not do this with virtual assistant. Just confirm it was canceled. Reason. Not needed internet now running. Don’t make your technician come for nothing

You can cancel an appointment using our amazing Xfinity app, follow these steps:

  1. Download the Xfinity app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log in with your Xfinity ID and password.
  3. Your service appointment will appear on the home screen.
  4. Tap More Details to access options for rescheduling or canceling your appointment.
  5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

You will receive a confirmation message regarding the cancellation. If you encounter issues, you may need to visit the Xfinity website to cancel your appointment online instead .

I can’t cancel an appointment that Idont need anymore, I went to the store and got the equipment and installed myself

I didn’t had the option on the app or site or even through text message, only option was rescheduled, I just called and agent told me he cancelled it
