Cancel appointment
I need to cancel an appointment on 3/2 that I tried to cancel multiple times and your AI simply doesn’t get this request and your phone number doesn’t let me speak with any human being. Can you please cancel this appointment?

@MeggieN You would not need to use the Xfinity Assistant to cancel your appointment as you can navigate to Xfinity.com and log in. Once logged in you select the appointments section or click the link I provided. You'll see your current appointment information, including your preferred contact phone number, at the top of the page. To cancel your appointment, click Cancel Appointment then click Cancel Appointment again to confirm. You'll see a confirmation message, showing your change was submitted.
