Cancel Appointment

I have tried for over a month using phone, text and online support to cancel a service appointment that I did not create.  I am tired of trying to just cancel this appointment.  You can juisyt show up to an empty house at this point.

To start a Direct Message: Click "Sign in" if necessary

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
