Cancel an upgrade
I want to cancel an upgrade online and through the app but xfinity won't let me. I quickly realized my mistake in selecting the upgrade but when I went to cancel and go back to the speed I was on I keep getting this message:
Looks like you already have an order in the works.
Thanks for choosing Xfinity! You can ask Xfinity Assistant for help with your order. Or visit your account to change your professional installation appointment.
