Cancel An Appointment

Hi. All I want to do is cancel an appointment. The tech visit is no longer required. There is no way no cancel my appointment through the app or online it is only offering to reschedule it. Please help me cancel my appointment.

@user_h4pyb8 I would be more than happy to help cancel the appointment for you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.

My name is [Edited: "Personal Information"]  and I want to cancel an appointment on September 28 at 3 pm. My neighbor fixed my tv and computer. Please cancel appointment.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
