Cancel account

I have been trying to cancel my account for months.  I have had new service.  Anytime I call and speak to someone they say I should receive a final bill and I explain I paid my final bill and canceled service months ago.  I keep getting new bills with late fees and compiled monthly bills.  I am not paying anything. If you don’t cancel my account out completely I will send a cease and desist.
