It would be very nice if there was a way to speak with someone rather than A.I. to resolve such a simple issue.

Thank you for letting us know they always come by USPS mail, user_219c62. We do not have a way to send another statement. You can login to your account online to view the breakdown, as well as the address where you can remit your payment since you have not received that. This link shows how to view it online or in the Xfinity app. We can also go over that information with you here and investigate further why that has not made it to you.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
