Can xfinity replace my outside coaxial cable?

I have a coaxial cable that is very old. It comes from the network box outside on the side of my house near my garage and leads up to the second floor of my house into the main bedroom. It looks as simple as pushing in the cable right through a hole which should lead straight through to the coaxial outlet in my main bedroom. Is xfinity able to send someone out to my house to replace this outer cable for me?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Yes I am. I've already had my gateway replaced and even used an ethernet cord to connect to the internet and my connection continues to drop constantly, everyday. I would like to have someone come out to my house and replace my outer coax cable. Is that possible? Can one of your tech specialists be able to replace a coax cable leading from the outside network box, up to the second floor of my house?
