Can someone send this to your CEO
Please ask the CEO to read the comments regarding the sudden sunsetting of the tv remote app and ask him to please direct his team to reinstall it. You are charging way more than anyone else and anyone who still has your cable service clearly has no other viable option. The very least you can do, is keep a tv remote app how hard is that? It can’t cost you that much

Xfinity is a fraud after years of service they have lost all human contact and [Edited: "Inflammatory"] answer the phone and tell you to repeat your problem over and over, on hokld for over an hour to be told [Edited: "Language"]. I will file an FTC complaint and look to stop service.
All we want is good cable and honnest service and its never happen here.
