Can someone help with new construction install? Been waiting on an "overhead tap" to be installed since December

Hello,

I posted this yesterday and had an xfinity rep reply but I get an error trying to read it.  Work order number HS3624568.  Been waiting for service connection since Dec 21.  800# has no clue what I'm talking about.  They've sent out 2 different techs out, but I need a construction truck to run an overhead line and tap for internet.  Can someone help me?
