Can someone from Customer Service please contact me through Direct Message?
I see there are instructions how to set up a direct message but I don't know if you have to post to the forum first because I'm not seeing a direct message icon anywhere. I have 2 very specific questions on the account and will try this first to see if I can get an answer before I actually walk into a store. Thank you.

Hello, @user_che38v thank you for taking time to create a post. You've reached out to the right place to get your questions answered, and would like to help. In regard to the direct message inquiry, yes you do need to create a post and then wait for an employee to contact you.
Since you mentioned the questions you have are specific to the account, we don't want that in our public conversation. When you have time, please send a direct message.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
