can not unlink old inactive email address for peacock premium
I do not have the X1 equipment but I should have access to peacock premium per my account. How do I change that account email address without being about to go through the equipment? Thank you

To updated our email address on your Peacock account please visit https://www.peacocktv.com/ and click on the account link in the top right corner once you are logged in. From there you can update your email address under the settings tab. Please reach out if you have any other concerns about this process.

Thank you for that screenshot! I would like to take a closer look at your account to see where the hang-up is. To get started, please send your name, service address and the email address you are trying to attach to your account to "Xfinity Support." You can do this by using the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page.

I am having the same problem and these directions are wrong! There is no “wrong email” in th bottom left or anywhere else on the peacock screen!
how do you fix this???

I am having the same problem. I am not able to link my xfinity account with my peacock account and receive the same error message that others have shown in screenshots above about unlinking an old email, which I also have not been able to do. The email on my peacock acounnt is also the same as it is for my xfinity login.
