can not actually talk to anm agent I need help.

I have tried contacting on my pc with xfinty agent  tried calling and  got voice maiul and no persn

@XfinityAdrienne​ no not answered  all  i want to know is the actual amount i owe  says242.91  trying to pay it  and when  i do on both      chrome and firefox it says i  have exceeded the amount  i can not pay it  i have tried contacting agens and on the phone and no real person

Oh no, I am sorry to hear that @Murf1954! Can you attempt to make a payment in an incognito browser, and then log back in? Once logged in, attempt to make the payment and please let us know if it works. 

@XfinityAdrienne​ i have no other accountt no other names   so no  i can not do this  i have tried Chrome   firefox a and edge and nope can not nope  did not  work
