Can not activate my free Peacock Subscription. Keep getting Error: PPG_0017_9507ba5

I have tried multiple times to Activate my free peacock Subscirption. I keep getting an error message that says my Xfinity Account is linked to another account Peacock Account. I have tried all out different emails and nothing is working.

Your Xfinity account is already linked to another Peacock account. Here’s How to Find It

How do I find out what Peacock account my Xfinity is linked to? I've tried all my possible emails. Or better yet, just delete the linked account. If it was my Xfinity email account, that was closed and I can no longer access that.

Please help!

Hi there, @user_b15ri4 Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out! I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with trying to log into Peacock. Can you please try the following. To unlink Peacock from an old Xfinity email address, you need to unlink your Xfinity ID from the old account and link your new ID via the Xfinity app.Follow these steps to securely break the old connection:Step 1: Unlink your old Xfinity ID Sign in to your old account on Xfinity. Click the Account icon and select Account and Identity.Click on Xfinity ID and Security.Scroll down to Your Accounts and click Manage and link accounts. Verify your identity using the Xfinity app or by entering a code sent to your text/email. Click Unlink next to the old account you wish to disconnect (make sure this isn’t set as your default account first). Step 2: Link your current account. Open the Xfinity app on your mobile device. Navigate to the Services tab and scroll down to TV & Streaming. Select Activate and view streaming apps. Find the Peacock tile and follow the on-screen prompts to link your current Xfinity ID to your preferred Peacock account.

Hi. There are no linked accounts, just one default account. So that is not the issue for my Peacock activation problem.

I cant figure out which Peacock account it thinks my Xfinity account is linked to. I;ve tried all my emails. Only one I can't try is my old Xfinity Email because it was deleted.  Please help.

@user_b15ri4 I appreciate you confirming your just seeing the one default account, and I'd definitely like to investigate further by reviewing the account further. We work with a great advanced support team as well, so I have been opening a ticket for them if needed and can do the same thing for you if not able to fix while we troubleshoot further.

I'll need to gather some information that we don't want here in our public conversation. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address

• Press Enter to send it
