Thanks for getting back to me, @user_3e8e00! I double-checked, and you can use your card to purchase goods and services at any signature-based merchant that accepts Visa® debit cards. I don't see any information regarding cashback or restrictions listed on our end. So, it's possible you will be able to get cash back after purchasing groceries.
