Can I upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus and still use my Rewards?
I get Peacock Premium as a Reward for my Diamond Status and my Internet package. I would like to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus, and apply the Rewards so that I just pay the difference for the upgrade. I don’t want to cancel my current Peacock account and then start a new one, paying full price for the upgrade.

Comcast has made the IMHO bizarre decision to prevent customers from adding Premium Plus to the free Premium offer. Instead, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/peacock-premium-offers says they must cancel Premium and pay the full price for Plus:

@user_99aa98, hello and thank you for your question! We also cannot stand ads in our family and find immense value in Premium Plus. You can upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus while on rewards, but it must be subscribed to at full retail cost. At this time, you cannot get a discount on Peacock Premium Plus via Xfinity Rewards, Gigabit Internet promotions, or NOW TV. If you would like to upgrade, these steps will help.

Anyone else think it's odd to refer customers to an article entitled "cancel peacock premium plus" when they want to "subscribe to peacock premium plus"?
