Can I still return unreturned equipment?

Hi, I ended up cancelling my service two months ago, but I forgot to return my equipment. Is it possible to return it now? I have a bill for the equipment showing up on my account. I also heard that it can hurt my credit score if I don't return. Is this true? If it's not possible to return the equipment, and I pay the bill, will it still hurt my credit score?

Thank you for taking time out of your day to visit our community forum, @user_072fbb! I would definitely recommend returning the equipment so the unreturned equipment charges are waived and you don't have to worry about the bill going to collections. We have made equipment returns even easier with free UPS at-home pickup. Visit our Digital Return Center and select the devices you would like to return. Then box up the equipment, print your UPS return label and call 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup. As always, you can also package up your devices and hand them off to your local UPS driver or take them to a UPS store and they will package up your return for you free of charge. Be sure to visit here for the most up-to-date locations and store hours.

@XfinityEmilyB​ Thank you for the response and the helpful information. I want to confirm that I can bring the equipment to a UPS store to return it, and the equipment charges will be waived and my credit will not be affected. Is that correct?

That's a great question and please feel free to ask as many as you need, @user_072fbb! As long as the only charges on your account are from the unreturned equipment, they will be removed once the equipment is back in our warehouse. I'm happy to check the account to make sure there are no other outstanding charges.

I also have the same issue, but when I go to select the equipment to print a UPS return label, the equipment is not listed. Is there another way I can print a UPS label to return my equipment and have the late fee waived? There is not an Xfinity location nearby for me to drop the equipment off.

user_52f174. Is there a UPS store near you? You do not need a label to drop it off there.
