Can I request equipment after opting to use my own at sign-up time?

I opted to use my DOCSIS 3.0 modem when signing up (Motorola MB7621). My down speed seems to be limited to around ~600-650Mbps, even though the modem compatibility list shows ~950 as the theoretical maximum for the modem.

Can I request Xfinity modem/gateway?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
