Can I request a location change for a new in-ground box
Can I request Xfinity change the location of what looks to be a proposed in-ground box location? I'm not thrilled but I know they have an easement, however, it looks like their plan is to put it in the middle of our front yard. If it's possible, how can we request it be moved it to the side so it's less front-and-center? We have received exactly ZERO communications so we're not sure who to talk to about this.

@user_ovl6e7 Thanks for adding a post to the community. Placement is arranged by the easement location, and the permits provided by the local city/county. It's not a guarantee but we can see if the box can be moved. Send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the message icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
