Great question @user_l8iwuw! Yes, you can absolutely remove those utility flags now! We usually recommend waiting about 24 to 48 hours after the job is finished just to be 100% sure no follow-up work is needed, but once the cable is buried and the area is restored, those flags are yours to toss.
