Can I pick up a order I placed online?
I have just placed an order for a new phone and when I ordered it said that if I order it before 2pm it would be same day delivery, now I have received the confirmation email with free 2 business day delivery, order was placed on Sunday @5am and I need the phone before monday as I old phone no longer works. Can I go to a store show my receipt and pick up a phone?

We do not currently have the option to pick up an online order for Xfinity Mobile in store, unfortunately. They can help you place a new order if they have your phone in stock, but they will not be able to fulfill an online order. Those can only be shipped to your home address.
