Hello @user_dc7e7e I hate the thought of your leaving our Xfinity family. I wish that you were able to take us with you when you move. To answer your question, you will be able to use your Comcast email account as long as you access the account at least once every 90 days.

This is not quite correct. The requirements in https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-only-faqs and https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only work together like this:

• Email accounts are only eligible to continue to be used if they were accessed within the 90 day period prior to disconnecting service (from https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-only-faqs)
• After that, accounts remain active if the requirement to "access via the web portal every nine months" is met (from https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-email-only)

I understand I'll be able to keep my email account, as long as I've access it within 90 days of cancellation, & continue to access it at least one every 90 days. HOWEVER, will I also have access to the FOLDERS within my email account?
